Apricot Chicken
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
6 skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into large pieces
3 tblspns plain flour
2 x 35g sachets dried French Onion soup mix
1 litre apricot nectar
Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Lightly coat chicken with the plain flour.
3.Mix packets of soup mix with the apricot nectar in a bowl.
4.Place chicken in an ovenproof dish, and pour the nectar mix overCover dish with a lid or some foil.
5.Bake for 45 mins.
Note
You can also use pork instead of chicken however, you will have to cook it for a further 30 mins to make sure the pork is tender.
