Barbecued Bananas with Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 firm banana
1 tblspn lemon juice
½ cup brown sugar or to taste
1 tspn ground cinnamon
Method
1.Set barbecue to low heat.
2.Slice the banana once lengthways, then in half, pour lemon juice over bananas.
3.In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
4.Coat banana pieces in sugar/cinnamon mixture until fully covered.
5.Lightly oil the barbecue grate. Put bananas on barbeque. Cook for 3 minutes per side. Serve warm with ice cream.
