Beef Pasta Bake

Ingredients
Oil for frying
1 onion, chopped
300g beef mince
400g large spiral pasta
2 x 420g cans tomato soup
400g cheddar cheese, grated
Method
1.Preheat oven to 180C.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, sauté onion for 5 minutes.
3.Add mince and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until browned.
4.Cook pasta in boiling water as directed on the packet. Drain.
5.In a bowl, combine mince mixture, pasta, tomato soup and ¾ of the cheese.
6.Transfer to a casserole dish.
7.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
