Easy Chips
Serves: 3
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
2 to 3 large potatoes
2 to 3 tblspns of oil
Salt to serve
Method
1.Peel potatoes and slice into thick chip shapes and rinse under cold water.
2.Drop chips into a bowl of cold water directly after they are cut.
3.Rinse, then pat dry.
4.Place chips on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
5.Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons oil over them and mix with your fingers until chips are completely coated.
6.Bake for 25 minutes at 220C, turning once.
7.Sprinkle with salt and serve.
