Heirloom Tomato Salad
Serves: 6
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
ΒΌ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tblspns red wine vinegar
pinch caster sugar
salt and pepper
1kg mixed heirloom tomatoes, sliced
small basil leaves, to garnish
Method
1.In a bowl whisk the olive oil, vinegar and sugar
2.Season with salt and pepper.
3.Lay tomatoes on a plate, pour over the dressing, and garnish with basil on the top.
