There is no doubt, Australian house prices have been in a boom. And not just this year, but for a long time now. While England, the United States and to a lesser degree New Zealand home prices have come off the boil, Australian prices have stayed strong, if not gone up.

But according to this article on ABC news, maybe our time has come! It suggests our prices are stagnating, if not falling. While this is only taken over the September quarter, it might be a sign of things to come.
