Macaroni Fish Pie
Serves: 4

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
425g can tuna, drained and flaked
30g butter
1 tspn plain flour
pinch dry mustard
300ml milk
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese + extra for top
salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup macaroni, cooked
dried breadcrumbs
Method
1.Place flaked tuna in the base of a greased casserole dish.
2.In a saucepan, melt butter then add flour. Cook stirring for 2 minutes. Do not allow to go brown.
3.Add mustard and gradually add milk to the saucepan stirring constantly.
4.Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
5.Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
6.Add salt and pepper to taste.
7.Add pasta on top of the fish then top with the white sauce. Sprinkle the extra cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Place the dish in a hot oven until the cheese is golden.
