Moroccan Marinated Sausages

Preparation time: 2 hours and 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
8 thick sausages
1 tblspn Moroccan seasoning
pinch ground cinnamon
2 tblspns olive oil
1 tblspn lemon juice
salt and pepper
Method
1.Place sausages in a dish.
2.In a bowl mix seasoning, cinnamon, oil, juice, and salt and pepper.
3.Pour over sausages. Stir to coat. Cover. Place in fridge for 2 hours.
4.Preheat oven to 200C.
5.Over a medium heat, add sausages to frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes.
6.Put sausages onto an oven tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
