Pan Toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tspns Dijon mustard
50g butter, softened
4 thick slices white bread
100g thinly sliced leg ham
80g gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
dressed salad leaves, to serve
Method
1.Mix mustard and 20 grams butter in a small bowl.
2.Spread over 2 slices of bread.
3.Top with ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Spread other 2 slices of bread with remaining mustard butter and sandwich together. Press down firmly.
5.Heat the remaining 30 grams butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
6.Place 1 sandwich in pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
7.Repeat with other sandwich.
