Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour, sifted
1 tblspn sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
50g butter, melted
Method
1.In a bowl add flour and sugar, mix well.
2.Beat in the egg and then add milk gradually until batter is smooth and lump-free.
3.In a hot pan, swirl one tablespoon butter over the base and pour 1/4 cup mixture for each pancake.
4.When large bubbles form, flip over and cook until lightly golden on the other side. Continue with remaining mixture.
