Sausages in Gravy

Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
Oil for frying
1 onion, diced
8 sausages
400g can chopped tomatoes
3 tblspns instant roast meat gravy powder
2 tblspns tomato paste
Method
1.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2.Add onion, cook for a few minutes, until soft. Add sausages, cook until brown.
3.Once sausages are brown, add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
4.Make gravy into a think consistency using boiling water.
5.Add gravy to sausages and cook for a further 10 minutes.
