Spaghetti Bolognaise

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients
Oil for frying
1 onion, diced
1 tblspn minced garlic
1 carrot, peeled and grated
500g mince
425g can tomato soup
2 tblspns tomato paste
1 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2.Add onion, garlic, carrot and sauté for a few minutes until softened.
3.Add mince and cook until browned.
4.Add soup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and bring to boil.
5.Turn heat down and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Add salt and pepper to taste.
