Tuna Pasta Bake

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients
300g dried macaroni pasta
40g butter
2 tblspns plain flour
2 cups reduced fat milk
¾ cup reduced fat grated pizza cheese
425g can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked

Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
2.Cook pasta as per directions on the packet. Drain, reserve 1/4 cup cookingReturn pasta to pot.
3.Over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour. Cook for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in milk until combined. Return to heat.
4.Cook, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Remove fromStir in ¼ cup cheese.
5.Add white sauce to pasta along with tuna and reserved cooking liquid. Toss to combine.
6.Spoon mixture into dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
